Thermoforming is a simple process that starts with a flat sheet of
extruded plastic as its raw material. That plastic is brought up to a
temperature hot enough to make it formable. It is then either
draped or drawn over a mold to create a specific shape.

gauge of plastic.Thickwall Thermoforming is
generally
considered to be a thickness
of a sheet that is .090” or more.
