Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (A.B.S.) ABS is among the most common of thermoformable plastics.  It is used in many environments because of it’s high impact resistant and ease of forming, fabricating and machining.  Its inherent properties give it both strength and rigidity, yet also allowing it some flexibility.  This is pretty tough material that is also available in a fire retardant form, and is very recyclable. This material is available in all the colors of the rainbow.  Your specific color can be matched simply by providing a PMS (Pantone Matching Systems) color code, manufacturers catalog or other color code.  Sample chips can be matched as well. This material is also available in a wide assortment of finishes, from a smooth high gloss surface, to a matte finish, all the way to a heavy texture. Availability of custom colors, grades of clarity and/or finishes may depend upon size, material thickness and production quantity.
