Plastic Systems is equipped to handle the machining of any product, no matter how complex it may be.  With our CNC mills and our custom tooling capabilities, we can machine any shape from basic to highly detailed. Plastic Systems makes every effort to manufacture product as economically as possible.  We develop all our production to allow for machining to be done during the forming process. This can dramatically improve costs due to the overall time savings. We work with our customers to help design a product that is exactly what they want and offer advice as to how that product could be most efficiently machined.  On the left is a 32” diameter electronic game cover using 3/16” yellow  Styrene. Many times, a small design change can create a huge cost savings, simply because this will make production that much more efficient. Simple designs with minor to somewhat complex machining requirements can often times be completed within the forming cycle of a product.  This can effectively add minimal additional machining charges and at times add no extra cost.
