As a fully equipped machine shop, we can manufacture
products with high tolerance requirements. Whether it is a part
that we thermoformed previously or from a solid block of plastic
(or even aluminum) its not a problem.
On the left is a cover made from .060” black polycarbonate.
With a machining footprint of up to 20” x 42” x 20”, we can
machine almost any size. Of course by staging properly, we can
go even larger.
On the right is a 16 up aluminum mold for a 2” x 8” packaging cover.
